Residents should follow the instructions below. Residents can also check machine availability in advance using the LaundryView website.
Tap Your Buzzcard
Please note that tapping your BuzzCard is required. Look for signage in your laundry room with each step for starting machines (also listed below). Residents will see a $.01* charge appear on screen when activating each machine - this charge goes to an ever-renewing laundry funds account each resident receives, not residents' BuzzCard Funds. This laundry fund loads onto a resident's BuzzCard automatically 24 hours after checking into their room for the term.

Machine Issues?
If you encounter a laundry machine that is not working, please submit a Housing Help Desk ticket and include:
- the code on the machine, which consists of 3 letters and 3 numbers (ex. xxx-123)
- the laundry room building name
Do not submit a work order in My Housing. For urgent issues after hours, call your RA on duty.
